Moshe and Karthik met over 20 years ago and have since built a deep professional and creative partnership. For 15 years, they navigated the music industry together, creating, managing, and shaping the careers of various artists.

As members of the band Hour Band, they spent over a decade recording albums in top-tier studios and performing at renowned festivals across Texas, including Edgefest. Their music videos gained significant attention, and their tours took them across the US, where they had the privilege of opening for iconic acts like Snoop Dogg, Hozier, and The Offspring.

Moshe has a diverse background in the music industry. He worked on opening amphitheaters in Austin, Texas, and contributed to record labels representing multi-platinum songwriters. Over the years, Moshe toured with bands playing major festivals such as Warped Tour, Lollapalooza, Austin City Limits, and Coachella. He also played a significant role in marketing tours for country music legends like Kenny Chesney, George Strait, and Eric Church.

Karthik focused on the financial side of the music industry, where he spent years managing personal and professional finances for touring artists. He also oversaw accounting, settlements, and finance for major festivals like ACL Festival and Lollapalooza, ensuring payments to high-profile acts like Radiohead, Rage Against the Machine, and Eminem. In addition, Karthik managed the financial operations for a firm that represented artists like Thievery Corporation, Justice, and Modest Mouse.

Karthik later blew up his solo music and NFT catalogue, Karthik_NFTs, which amassed millions of streams on Spotify and sold countless NFTs. Moshe also ventured into the world of NFTs and music as a solo act, starting a successful DJ career as DJ Feedus. Together, they now run NFT ART TALK, a YouTube channel that has amassed over 2.5 million views and tens of thousands of watch hours.

Together, Moshe and Karthik’s extensive experience in both the creative and business sides of the music industry led them to co-found ArtistCoin and NFT ART TALK. This platform aims to empower creators and help artists regain control of their work in a decentralized, artist-first economy.
